workshops Buddhist Psychology

Here we look deeper into the functioning of our habitual mind.

We learn how we perceive, how we connect to objects and how we colour our perceptions. Buddhist psychology has an in depth overview of which mental factors play a role. It also groups emotions that are related to one another so we can recognize them more easily. Sometimes these Mindmaps may seem complex at first, but as we recognize how we use these mental factors in daily life they make absolute sense.

By learning more Buddhist psychology & integrating this knowledge, unconscious habits become conscious, meaning we go towards more openness and clarity & freedom to choose our action in the moment.
