We start with a Tibetan Yoga session to be fully present, balanced and grounded. Then we continue with an introduction in Kum Nye massage and we practice together.

Kum Nye Tibetan Massage: Kum means subtle body and Nye means to kneed. Most of these massage techniques we do with oil. Kum Nye can give tremendous benefits, especially for those who:

  • do any kind of body training & yoga- & meditation practitioners
  • do intensive physical or mental work
  • sit a lot in the same position
  • are in times of facing challenges, burn-out or hormonal changes
  • have a deep wish to relax & recharge
  • like to know themselves deeper and release patterns that are not serving anymore.

When we practice intensively with the body and mind, we may not notice when we start to have tension from holding certain positions. After a strong practice it is very beneficial to release tension in muscles & channels, Kum Nye helps to feel the body as a whole, to relax & then healing takes place.
With Kum Nye we preserve our energy and promote the circulation of our energy & blood. This helps our inner fire energy, our optimal temperature & with that the pure substances in the body & especially our hormones. Metabolic processes are aided and toxins released. Our skin becomes fresher and more resilient. Simultaneously we can experience this on the inner level: tranquility, natural well-being, clarity, more positive and stable on an emotional level. It is then easier to rest, recharge and also to meditate. We feel our inner power & we can handle the challenges of our life with more ease.

This day is also very interesting if you consider following the Education to become a Kum Nye practitioner (lineage Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche), EN/NL depending on participants
