Tibetan Yoga: introduction into the more advanced series (Lu Jong II)

Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga is a practice for health and happiness: effective self-care and powerful at the same time.

Lu means body and Jong means training or transformation. We use our body as a vehicle for inner transformation, a key to reveal our hidden potential.
Lu Jong is rooted in the diamond teachings of Tibet & in Tibetan Medicine and contains amazing wisdom of how body, breath, heart, mind and natural cycles work together.

Combining position, flowing movements & breath we create a massage that opens the body in a special way. We work with our subtle body, opening our channels, so energy and essence flow smoothly. At the same time, we cultivate awareness. We balance the 5 element energies, take good care of our spine and joints, vital organs, digestion and feel our inner power. Lu Jong brings us here and now. Energizes. Boosts our health. Our mind becomes calm and clear. We tap into our inner guidance, our innate wisdom. We recognize we are love, we are happiness.
 

Lu Jong II (advanced series) continues on the foundation of Lu Jong I (primary series). Lu Jong II empowers, further strengthens the 5 elements,muscolo-skelettal system and promotes the absorption of vital nutrients.

With the help of body position, movement, breath and awareness we open up and discover deeper layers of ourselves. As you know, we need to be strong for absolute happiness. Being strong also means to open our hearts.

These series helps to feel this strength to go beyond illusion and to be home in happiness. Our health is enhanced on all levels: physically, energetically and mentally. Body and mind work together harmoniously, so we can feel more of our full potential.   

Lu Jong II exists of 3 groups of movements:

Group 1: Five Movements for prevention

Group 2: Five Movements to alleviate or remove pain

Group 3: Five Movements for a good distribution of vital nutrients

 

In this half day workshop we will make a start exploring Lu Jong II. As some movements we have a few options on how to do it – according to our abilities - we will see in the workshop how much we will cover!

As you see in this description it is logic to first practice Lu Jong I before you practice Lu Jong II.
