A full week of being on and in the water with yoga twice per day is so nourishing for body and mind. Stunning nature to recharge in and always yoga with a view. We visit beautiful bays, picturesque islands and villages. Everything is possible, just as you feel: swimming in crystal clear turquoise waters, snorkelling, lazying in the sunshine, enjoy the SUPs, exploring on land, read a book, sunset aperitifs. F r e e Lifestyle. Here you feel freedom, space, connection to nature, fresh inspiration, playfulness and there is plenty of quality time for yourself & to share together. An honestly amazing chef prepares delicious Mediterranean meals. You’ll be taken excellent care of by the captain & sailing crew of CaptainJack Yachting and by Mariette with the yogaclasses!  You sleep on board. The cabins are beautiful and spacious. If you like you can also sleep on deck under the stars.

Yoga: Beginners & advanced yogis. All levels can join & benefit.  We have a unique yogadeck on the CaptainJack & we also know beautiful spots on land where we can practise. 

Mariette guides you in a playful, relaxed, natural, powerful and inspired way. She helps you explore, progress, go deeper in your practice during the week. In amazing nature, our natural shala! With Tibetan Yoga we balance the 5 elements (the basis of health & happiness according to Ayurveda & Tibetan Medicine). We strengthen the spine and make it more flexible, we nourish all body systems & energize ourselves! We also do movements for the vital organs, take care of our joints, immune system, help our hormone production, and much more. We will do flowing movements with the breath and awareness and also train the breath, help our inner warmth. When everything works together more harmoniously in the body, the mind is also satified calm. With a calm mind we feel good & recognize more of our potential. We also have evening classes with do-in/yin & yoga nidra, relaxing in savasana under the stars.     

Mariette teaches yoga since 2006, is Lu Jong Teacher Trainer since 2009, Mindfulness teacher, Tibetan yoga Lu Jong I & II, Power of the Breath (Tsa Lung) - inner fire - bliss.

To reserve we ask you to transfer a deposit of € 400 to Captain Jack Yachting per person for a shared cabin, for a private cabin € 750.

Flight information: The closest airports are Dalaman, Bodrum, Rhodes, accessible by flights from all the biggest European cities. Usually most practical is Dalaman airport.
